Home Plus Storage CANADA Limited is an e-commerce business dedicated to providing smart storage tools to help customers “Tidy Up, Live Better, Love Your Space!” We offer a curated selection of products aimed at enhancing home organization, including but not limited to closet storage bags, luggage storage bags, small hooks, under-bed storage boxes, and other related items.

4. Ordering, Pricing, & Payment Terms
a) Product Information & Availability: We strive to display product colors, features, specifications, and availability as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your screen’s display is perfectly accurate. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit sales, discontinue products, and correct errors in pricing or descriptions without prior notice. Promotions such as “Limited Time Offer” and “Up to 40% Off” are subject to the specific terms and duration of the offer.
b) Pricing: All prices are listed and processed in the currency displayed on the Site (e.g., Canadian Dollars). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, GST/HST, VAT, customs duties, or other taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

All orders are subject to our separate Shipping Policy. You agree to provide a valid, deliverable shipping address. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. We are not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing, weather, acts of God). Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds, & Warranties
All purchases are subject to our separate Refund and Returns Policy. It is crucial that you review this policy, as it explicitly states that we do not offer “refund only” (monetary refund to original payment) for standard returns, instead offering store credit or replacement. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, HOME PLUS STORAGE CANADA LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR SERVICES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY OR ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home Plus Storage CANADA Limited, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site’s content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario located in the City of Toronto. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Home Plus Storage CANADA Limited regarding the Site and Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
